THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE FIT HUB APPLICATION AND SERVICES CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AND FIT HUB, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY.

FIT HUB is PT Jaya Digital Properti which is a company established under Indonesian law and operates a website in connection with fitness services in the territory of Indonesia (“We”, “FIT HUB”). FIT HUB is a platform that allows us to collect, store, and process your personal data as a user (“You”) in connection with the offering, purchasing, and using our services in the form of websites on www.fithub.id and a mobile application based on Android and iOS under the name FIT HUB. Document Terms and Conditions for Using the FIT HUB Application and Services (“Terms and Conditions”, “Agreement”) is made to facilitate information as well as rights and obligations by us to our users (“User”) who access this website and application. By accessing our website and application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions when accessing our website and application. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please stop using this website and application from us.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN THE FOLLOWING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  1. Access, download or use any of FIT HUB's websites and applications, and services;
  2. Storage and use of your personal information; And
  3. The process of registering accounts and memberships, paying for membership, and using your members.

DEFINITION a. “FIT HUB” means the business owned by PT Jaya Digital Properti; b. “FITHUB app” means Android and iOS-based software applications created, operated, and made available to the public by PT Jaya Digital Properti which may include transactions related to membership, member operations when they want to enter our club area, and others in connection with actions relevant to the FIT HUB business; c. “Service” is a membership that you get after you register an account and pay in the form of access to fitness services and classes provided by FIT HUB. d. “Intellectual property rights” means all (i) patents, patent applications, patent disclosures and inventions, (ii) Internet Domain names, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, logos and company names and their registrations and applications for registration together in all good faith whether related to it, (iii) copyright (registered or unregistered) and copyrighted works and their registration and applications for registration, (iv) mask works and their registration and applications, (v) computer software, data, databases and documentation thereof, (vi) trade secrets and other confidential information (including ideas, formulas, compositions, inventions (whether patentable or non-patentable and whether practicable or not), know-how, manufacturing and production processes and techniques, research and development information, drawings, specifications, designs, plans, proposals, technical data and copyrighted works, financial and marketing plans and customer and supplier lists and information, and (vii) copies and actual representations thereof (in any form or medium).

  1. CERTAIN GENERAL TERMS a. You are hereby responsible for the account containing your personal information and all activities carried out in connection with the use of that account on the FIT HUB website and application and for ensuring that all use of the website and application comply with all Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The user is fully and absolutely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of information including but not limited to the password for the FIT HUB application. b. FIT HUB hereby can stop the offers given to Users and has the right at any time to change or stop one or all aspects or features of the offers given to Users. c. FIT HUB has the right to refuse access or use of offers provided to you at any time, without or without notification, due to your actions that are considered to violate these provisions or for any other reason based on FIT HUB's personal policy with reasonable reasons. d. FIT HUB has the right at any time to disclose any information deemed necessary to comply with statutory provisions in legal proceedings or applicable regulatory requests, or to change, refuse to display, or delete any information or material, in whole or in part, in the policy in company’s sole policy.

  2. PERSONAL INFORMATION a. Before you can use our services, you are required to register for an account first before proceeding with the process of purchasing packages and creating accounts. At the time of registering the account, you will be asked to complete personal data including but not limited to: i. Number; ii. Address; iii. Place and date of birth; iv. ID number; v. Phone number; vi. Email address; and vii. Other information related to personal data if relevant. b. We hereby guarantee that we will fully maintain all the confidentiality of the information provided by you in terms of registering an account in accordance with our privacy policy. However, in the event that there is an information leak caused by external factors or other criminal acts from third parties, we are not responsible for data leakage in terms of this action but will continue to carry out corrective actions as best as possible to recover losses. c. You hereby declare that: i. You are the original owner of the personal data registered on our website and application; ii. If proven otherwise, FIT HUB is not responsible for any losses arising from your actions and has the full and absolute right to deactivate your account.

  3. MEMBERSHIP a. To use the services provided by FIT HUB, you are required to be registered as a member and have an account and make payments according to the length of service you want. b. The minimum age limit to be able to use membership and services is 17 (seventeen) years. c. In the event that you have not reached the minimum age as stipulated in point b above, then: i. You must obtain written consent from your guardian to be attached to the membership registration process; ii. Complete other additional documents besides the list of personal information regulated in point 3(a) above in the form of: Photocopy of Family Card; and Fill out and sign the parental guidance form that we provide. d. You hereby warrant to: Only use the Service for yourself and will not transfer your account to other parties to access the Service; and Subject to Terms and Conditions of Using FIT HUB Services. e. If there are changes to your data, especially to your personal information, you are required to make changes immediately to the FIT HUB Application to continue using our services. f. You hereby declare that you are willing to receive information about your membership status, promotions, and all events from time to time. g. In the event that you become aware of any unauthorized use or misuse of your membership as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, you are required to contact us immediately so that the unauthorized use can be resolved directly.

  4. APPLICATION USE a. You are only permitted to use websites and applications to access information regarding service facilities, practice schedules, classes, and other services that may be provided by us. b. You are not allowed to use the FIT HUB website and application for other purposes that violate the law or harm other parties, including but not limited to harming us as the owner of the website and application and services. c. You hereby agree not to send, share, or upload content that violates the law, contains violence, contains discrimination, or violates the intellectual property rights of others when using FIT HUB's websites and applications.

  5. PAYMENT a. Use of FIT HUB Services requires certain payments such as membership fees or additional fees for particular services, including but not limited to the use of Personal Trainers to support you in using our Services better. b. You are responsible for paying all costs incurred to enjoy the Services provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. c. Payments that you make as mentioned above are ensured only to accounts and/or virtual account official from us, please do not make payments to accounts other than accounts or virtual accounts officially owned by FIT HUB including but not limited to employee accounts, as well as other accounts that are not in the name of PT Jaya Digital Properti. Any losses arising from payment actions outside of the official account belonging to FIT HUB are not the responsibility of FIT HUB. d. The fees referred to in this point do not include Services Tax, Goods Tax, Value Added Tax, or other Taxes that may be imposed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. e. All payments that have been made cannot be returned for any reason.

  6. RESTRICTED MATTERS FIT HUB prohibits you from engaging in any of the following actions while using the Service: a. Acts that violate laws and regulations, court decisions, decrees or orders, or administrative actions that are legally binding; b. Actions that may violate public order, decency or customs; c. Actions that violate intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks and patents, rights to publicity, privacy, and all other rights granted by law or contracts with us and/or third parties; d. The act of posting or transmitting excessively violent expressions; expressions that lead to discrimination based on race, national origin, creed, gender, social status, family origin, etc.; expressions that promote or encourage suicide, self-injurious behavior, or drug abuse; or expressions that contain anti-social content and cause inconvenience to others; e. Actions that benefit or involve collaboration with anti-social groups; f. Actions related to religious activities or invitations to specific religious groups; g. Unauthorized or incorrect act of collecting, disclosing, or providing other people's personal information, registered information, user history, or the like; and h. Acts that violate content laws and regulations containing pornography, unethical content, etc.

  7. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND CANCELLATION We reserve the right to (a) refuse to complete or cancel your verification process, (b) suspend, limit, or terminate your access to any or all of the Services, and/or (c) disable your account immediately for any reason, including but not limited to where: a. We are, in reasonable opinion, obligated to do so by applicable law or any court or other authority subject to us in any jurisdiction; b. We suspect that you have acted in violation of these Terms and Conditions; c. Use of your account is subject to litigation, investigation, or pending government proceedings, and/or we perceive a high risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your account activity; And d. You take any action that can escape our control such as abusing the promotions we may offer from time to time.

We may suspend, limit or terminate your access to any or all of Our Services and/or disable or cancel your account, without reason by giving You prior notice. You acknowledge that our decision to take specific actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are important to our risk management and security protocols. You agree that we are under no obligation to disclose details of our risk management and security procedures to you.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the event of changes and additions to these Terms and Conditions, we will notify you no later than 7 (seven) days before they take effect. The notification referred to can be made in the form of an email or notification on our application.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE FIT HUB SERVICES ARE MADE FOR ANYONE WHO USES OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USERS OF THE SERVICE ONE DAY PASS, FREE TRIAL, CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP, OR REGULAR MEMBERS AND RELATED PROGRAMS THAT REQUIRE YOU TO BE IN FITHUB'S CLUB AREA. CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AND THE FIT HUB, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY.

  1. DEFINITION a. “FIT HUB” means the business owned by PT Jaya Digital Properti; b. “FITHUB app” means Android and iOS-based software applications created, operated, and made available to the public by PT Jaya Digital Properti which may include transactions related to membership, member operations when they want to enter our club area, and others in connection with actions relevant to the FIT HUB business; c. “Service” means access to our Gym and Classes; d. “Membership" or "Membership” membership that you must have before using our services; e. “Personal Trainer” is someone who can train, guide, and provide advice to you while using the Service; f. “Gym” is the location for carrying out our training and sports activities; g. “Class” sports sessions guided by instructors provided by us; And h. “Operational Hours” are opening hours until closing.

  2. APPLICATION USE a. To use our Services, you are required to have the FIT HUB application in connection with its function to check-in, book classes, and enter our Club area. b. The application you use must be in your own name, and you are not allowed to transfer your account to another party for any reason except as permitted by us.

AGE LIMIT a. The minimum age limit to be able to use membership and services is 17 (seventeen) years. b. In the event that you have not reached the minimum age as stipulated in point b above, then: i. You must obtain written consent from your guardian to be attached to the membership registration process; ii. Complete other additional documents besides the list of personal information regulated in point 3(a) above in the form of:

  1. Photocopy of Family Card; And

  2. Fill out and sign the parental guidance form that we provide. c. Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to enter the Club area (Gym floor & Studio) even if they are only companions.

  3. PAYMENT a. Use of FIT HUB Services requires certain payments such as membership fees or additional fees for special services, including but not limited to the use of classes, Personal Trainers, facilities in the form of tools and equipment, products sold in our Club area and other services provided for you. b. You are responsible for paying all costs incurred to enjoy the Services provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. c. Payments that you make as mentioned above are ensured only to accounts and/or virtual account official from us, please do not make payments to accounts other than accounts or virtual account officially owned by FIT HUB including but not limited to employee accounts, as well as other accounts that are not in the name of PT Jaya Digital Properti. Any losses arising from payment actions outside of the official account belonging to FIT HUB are not FIT HUB’s responsibility. d. The fees referred to in this point do not include Services Tax, Goods Tax, Value Added Tax, or other Taxes that may be imposed in accordance with the applicable laws, and regulations. e. All payments that have been made cannot be returned for any reason.

  4. MEMBERSHIP a. GENERAL i. To be able to use our Services, including but not limited to membership, free trial, one-day pass, or other related programs that require you to be in the FIT HUB Club area, you are required to provide your personal data in the form of:

  5. Identity (KTP/SIM/Passport);

  6. Phone number;

  7. Address;

  8. Email address;

  9. Personal data;

  10. Your Photos;

  11. An emergency telephone number that can be contacted as specified in section PAR-Q;

  12. Profile photo taking; and

  13. Other relevant personal information if needed. ii. You are required to take care of valuables such as jewelry, communication devices, electronic devices, vehicles others belonging to you. Any form of loss and/or damage to personal items is not the responsibility of FIT HUB, therefore it is not recommended to leave valuables in the locker room. iii. In the event that one of our clubs stops operating for any reason, your membership will automatically be transferred to another club owned by us at the location closest to you without any compensation.

b. MEMBERSHIP LEAVE i. You can do Membership Leave where we will freeze your account for the period you want based on these Terms and Conditions. ii. Provisions for Membership Leave as referred to in this point are a minimum of 1 time for a duration of 1 month and a maximum of 2 times with 1 month duration in each Membership Leave period. iii. If you are in the Membership Leave period, you will not be able to use all the facilities of our Services, including the services of the Personal Trainer you registered (if available). iv. Membership Leave as referred to in these Terms and Conditions is subject to a fee of IDR 75,000 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah) per month. v. If you want to apply for a Membership Leave period exceeding the above provisions, you must include additional documents, such as:

  1. Doctor's certificate regarding your illness;
  2. Work service letter;
  3. Pregnancy certificate from a doctor;
  4. Another reason why members cannot do sports for a long time.

c. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER i. You can do a Membership Transfer where we will transfer your membership to another party that you want with the terms and conditions as set out in this point. ii. You can only do a Membership Transfer with the following conditions:

  1. Illness as evidenced by a doctor's letter;

  2. Move out of town with clear evidence; And

  3. Pregnancy is evidenced by a doctor's note. iii. Membership transfers can only be made provided that your membership has reached more than 3 (three) months and has a remaining membership period of at least 3 (three) months. iv. Transfer Membership in this case includes the Personal Trainer package, therefore the intended transfer will also transfer your remaining Personal Trainer package sessions v. Parties who are recipients of Transfer Membership have the following conditions:

  4. Fulfill all the requirements as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions as well Terms and Conditions of Use of the FIT HUB Application.

  5. Do not have a membership with an active status at FIT HUB. vi. You can make a Membership Transfer to another party who has previously been a member of FIT HUB provided that the party has exceeded the grace period for membership completion, which is 30 (thirty) days after the membership expires. vii. Transfer Membership as referred to in these Terms and Conditions is subject to a fee of IDR 75,000 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah). viii. You must come to your Home Club and fill out Transfer Membership Form that we provide to be able to do Transfer Membership. ix. The party receiving the Transfer Membership from You is required to sign the Gym Membership Usage Agreement, activate the membership on the FIT HUB application and complete the Transfer Membership payment as referred to in point (vi) above with the payment method that We have provided. x. You cannot set any price other than the fees specified in point (vi) above in terms of making a Membership Transfer, if you are found to have violated these provisions, we will provide sanctions as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

  6. PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES a. We assume you have understood that Personal Training is a program where you will do exercises at our Gym using the services of a Personal Trainer that we provide with a separate payment from your membership payment. Regarding class sessions and prices, you can see more details on the FIT HUB Website or App. b. In the event that your Personal Training usage period has expired and there is still training quota remaining, then it will be deemed forfeited and cannot be used again. c. You can schedule Personal Training through our staff. d. In connection with point c above, you can reschedule your Personal Training no later than 24 hours before the start of the session. e. If you do not attend a Personal Training session that you have scheduled without rescheduling beforehand, then the session will be considered to have been used and will be deducted from your Personal Training session quota. f. If desired, you have the right to propose a change in your Personal Trainer, but the appointment of a replacement for your Personal Trainer is the absolute authority of FIT HUB and you have no right to interfere with our decision. g. You are not allowed to: i. Transfer the Personal Training program that has been registered by you to another party, except under the permitted provisions as regulated in these Terms and Conditions; ii. Cancel or change the session schedule personally to the Personal Trainer and/or outside of these Terms and Conditions; iii. Request a refund for paid sessions; iv. Conduct Personal Training sessions outside the Club area, including offering Personal Trainers to conduct private sessions outside the Club area or at other Gym venues; v. Invite, accept, and/or ask our Personal Trainers to sell and/or buy Personal Training programs or other related programs other than those offered by FIT HUB; vi. Bringing a personal Personal Trainer outside of those provided by FIT HUB for any reason; and vii. Conduct training sessions with Personal Trainers who are not registered with FIT HUB, including if the party has membership in FIT HUB.

  7. CLASSES BOOKING CLASS (BOOKING CLASS) i. If you want to attend a class provided at FIT HUB, you can do Class Booking only through the FIT HUB Application; ii. You can only make Class Bookings as long as you still have an active membership; iii. Class Bookings can only be made a maximum of 2x (twice) per day; iv. Class bookings can be made:

  8. For morning classes: Can be done one day before starting from 21:00.

  9. For afternoon classes: Can be done on the same day from 12:00. v. If you make a Class Booking for more than one class, you cannot make a Class Booking for 2 classes that have adjacent schedules in different clubs; vi. Classes that have been booked will automatically be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late; vii. You understand that classes can be canceled at any time which causes the class not to be held, thus your class booking for that class will automatically be forfeited.

CLASS CANCELLATION (CANCEL CLASS) i. If you have made a Class Booking but canceled the Class in less than 2 (two) hours before the class starts for 2 (two) consecutive times, then you will automatically be blacklisted for a period of 1 (one) week and you cannot book classes; ii. If you have made a Class Booking but you do not attend the class, then you will automatically be blacklisted for a period of 1 (one) week and you cannot make a Class Booking; c. CLASS WAITLIST i. If you do not get a slot when making a Class Booking, you have the opportunity to enter the Waitlist on the FIT HUB application; ii. The capacity for the Waitlist in this case is 50% (fifty percent) of the total class capacity; iii. When you enter the Waitlist:

  1. If you get a class slot, you will receive a notification and you will have 10 (ten) minutes to confirm your attendance;

  2. If you refuse or do not confirm attendance, then the class slot will be given to the next member registered on the Waitlist; And

  3. You can waitlist only for 1 (one) club, but you can waitlist for several classes with different schedules. iv. When you enter the Waitlist, you are not allowed to:

  4. Get into the Waitlist of another class at the same hour; and

  5. Entered into another class Waitlist in a different club.

  6. FREE TRIAL SERVICE AND ONE DAY VISIT To help you get to know FIT HUB services directly at available locations, FIT HUB provides services such as a free trial and one day visit, with the following conditions: a. FREE TRIAL: i. The Free Trial Service is provided to you with 1 (one) opportunity to try the FIT HUB facility for free for a certain period of use; ii. You can have the opportunity to take part in the Free Trial service by visiting one of our clubs and registering through the application or directly with our fitness consultant (FC); iii. You will receive a barcode to check in at our club and use the facilities that we provide specifically for Free Trial users such as gym equipment and tools; iv. Use of the Free Trial only applies to the Club where you register; v. The Free Trial Usage Period is a minimum of 3 (three) days up to a maximum of 7 (seven) days and cannot be extended, where you get information on the validity period through the FIT HUB application; vi. If the Free Trial usage period has expired, you cannot extend it and you are required to register for a membership program from us with the procedures as set out in these Terms and Conditions; vii. You have the right not to register for a membership program after the Free Trial usage period expires while complying with the terms of use of the Free Trial in these Terms and Conditions; and viii. Any violation of the provisions of this Free Trial will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. b. ONE DAY VISIT: i. The One Day Visit service is given to you with 1 (one) opportunity to try the FIT HUB facilities in 1 (one) day and cannot be extended; ii. You can receive the One Day Visit service by visiting our club directly to deposit your identity card (KTP/SIM) and make a payment of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) via the payment method as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions; iii. CS will carry out ID card safekeeping to provide locker key facilities to you; and iv. You can use the One Day Visit service after making a payment and leaving your identity card; v. Facilities that can be used in a One Day Visit are services on the gym floor, not included for classes and Personal Training; and vi. Any violation of the provisions of this One Day Visit will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

  7. RESTRICTED MATTERS For mutual safety and convenience, you are prohibited from doing things that include but are not limited to: a. Recording in Club areas, whether for commercial purposes or not; b. Recording in the toilet area and locker room, either empty or filled with other members; c. Trading Membership and/or Personal Training sessions; d. Accommodate other people to use and/or trade Membership services (sharing account/sharing membership); e. Commit acts of violence against fellow members and FIT HUB staff; f. Making a scene in any form that disrupts the operations of FIT HUB directly or indirectly (in this case on social media); g. Doing services such as unofficial Personal Trainer; h. Selling goods or services without permission from FIT HUB; i. Dispose of litter other than in provided places; j. Bringing children under the age of 12 (twelve) years into the Club; k. Bringing food and eating in the Club; l. Wearing clothes that are indecent and not covering the chest area; m. Wearing footwear other than shoes or not wearing any footwear at all; n. Using tools and facilities not in accordance with the instructions, any damage to the tools and facilities which occurred as a result of your actions, you will be charged to pay compensation for the damage; o. Doing activities at the Club under the influence of alcohol and/or drunkenness; p. Defaming the good name of FIT HUB in any form and not communicating complaints in advance to the media that we provide, in this case, you understand that this is included as a violation so that we have the right to take action including but not limited to legal action based on statutory provisions and laws that apply in Indonesia; q. Using cameras or other photo and video recording devices for commercial purposes without prior notification and approval from us, including but not limited to mobile phones that have recording devices, or digital cameras; and r. Committing crimes such as theft, narcotics, fraud, counterfeiting, assault, or other criminal acts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  8. USE OF LOCKERS You hereby acknowledge, represent, and warrant that during the exercise, you are entitled to use the daily locker to store your belongings, with the following conditions: a. You can ask our Customer Service (CS) for the locker key and must return the key to Customer Service after completing the exercise on the same day; b. If you carry the key, you must return the locker key and pay a fine of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) per day; c. If the key is lost, you are subject to a fine of IDR 75,000 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah); d. Lockers must be emptied after you finish your activities on the same day; e. All lockers will be checked and emptied at the end of operational hours; f. If there are items left in the Club area, We reserve the right to take action on the items left in the Club, such as taking ownership of the items and/or setting them aside without any notification.

  9. CLUB OPERATIONAL HOURS The Club's hours of operation will refer to what is shown at the Club entrance or notice board in the Club area. We reserve the right to adjust the Club's hours of operation for cleaning, decorating, repair, and/or holiday purposes. We will provide notification about the change in operating hours.

  10. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES a. You hereby agree to be fully responsible for all responsibilities and losses incurred as a result of any accident, including but not limited to bodily injury or mental injury, economic loss, or any loss to other visitors caused by intentional acts or negligence of the visitors themselves. If there is a claim from anyone due to any injury, loss or other damage related to you or the visitor, the visitor agrees to (I) defend FIT HUB for all such claims and pay FIT HUB for all expenses including legal costs related to the claim the. (II) protect FIT HUB from all liability to you, your husband/wife, unborn child, family or anyone else as a result of the claim and (III) release FIT HUB from all forms of claims, lawsuits and compensation in any form and from anyone without exception. b. You hereby acknowledge that FIT HUB never promises anything other than what is conveyed in writing by FIT HUB and or as written in these Terms and Conditions, in this case you get promises outside of these Terms and Conditions, for example by FIT HUB staff (unscrupulous) then you can report or convey to FIT HUB without making these promises valid and binding on both parties and you hereby release FIT HUB from all forms of demands, lawsuits and compensation in any form and from anyone without except.

  11. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND CANCELLATION We have the right to: (a) give a written or verbal warning to you; (b) suspend, limit or terminate your access to any or all of the Services, and/or (c) immediately disable your account for any reason, including but not limited to where: a. We are, in reasonable opinion, obligated to do so by applicable law or any court or other authority subject to us in any jurisdiction; b. You have violated the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, either directly once or repeatedly after being warned by us. We may suspend, limit or terminate Your access to any or all of Our Services and/or disable or cancel your account, without reason by giving you prior notice. You acknowledge that our decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are important to our risk management and security protocols. You agree that we are under no obligation to disclose details of our risk management and security procedures to you.

  12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the event of changes and additions to these Terms and Conditions, we will notify you no later than 7 (seven) days before they take effect. The notification referred to can be made in the form of an email or notification on our application.
